Shipping & Returns


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the products' originating distribution points, weights, and dimensions in your cart. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Although expedited shipping options may show in an accumulated cart, please note that some items in the cart may be unable to ship immediately and are build-to-order.  If we notice you have selected such a shipping option for a non-eligible product, we may try and attempt contacting you to confirm the order and your understanding of the later-arriving product(s), but this service is not guaranteed.  
Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually.  In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.

For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.  Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.  If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  

Once an online order has been placed, no changes can be made to any shipping information or options.  

Please note that there are restrictions on some products that prevent us from shipping them to international destinations.  Because of this, and difficulty accurately quoting shipping rates, we have opted to exclude the international shipping option from checkout.  If you have any questions regarding international sales, please contact us.


Returns Policy

We get it, sometimes you need to return an item for whatever reason.  Luckily for you, we accept most new, unused items in original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee (20%) if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Built-to-order or custom product returns will not be accepted, unless covered under the manufacturer's warranty policy.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order, and no returns will be accepted without an RMA# provided by our company.

All returned items will be inspected, and may be refused if damaged or appear to be used.  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
